Hello! My name is Aura May and I am an amateur wildlife photographer. Little Acorn Studio is my YouTube channel where I post my adventures out in nature. I first became interested in photography when my Dad lended me one of his cameras in 2022. I mainly used it to take photos of the cats on our friend’s farm, but eventually I realized that I didn’t have to photograph special things like kittens to get a good picture. I could take photos in my own backyard! And that was when my respect for nature really began. I now have my own camera, I have a list of all 55 bird species I have found in my backyard, and I’ve even rescued, raised, and released two wild squirrels before. I hope to share my love for nature through photography and art, because nature really is something to be grateful for.
